DESCRIPTION:

Are you an organizational talent with a keen eye for detail, and do you thrive in a dynamic environment? 010Personeel, a specialist in supplying and managing cleaning staff, is looking for an engaged and proactive Coordinator to join our team.

Your Responsibilities:

As a Coordinator, you will be the central figure in our organization. You will support both internally and on-site at our client locations with tasks including:

  • Providing secretarial support

  • Administrative and bookkeeping tasks

  • Managing agendas and general office tasks

  • Assisting with facility-related matters

  • Supporting on-site at client locations

What We Expect From You:

  • MBO 4 or HBO level of education and thinking

  • Demonstrable relevant work experience

  • A valid driver’s license (category B)

  • Excellent command of English (both written and spoken); Dutch is a strong plus

  • Good knowledge of Excel and basic bookkeeping skills are an advantage

  • You are independent but also enjoy working as part of a team

What We Offer You:

  • A gross monthly salary of €2,250 for 4 weeks (based on 37.5 hours per week)

  • 8% holiday pay and 25 vacation days per year
